Serve up in frozen stemware.
Garnish with orange twist.
On the Rocks
50ml LAVA Coffee Gin
Pour over cubed ice into rocks glass
Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel
Lava Gin and Tonic
50ml LAVA Coffee Gin
Pour over ice in highball glass.
Top with Aromatic Tonic
Garnish with a sprig of red currants.
Coffee Orange Ginger Ale
50ml LAVA Coffee Gin Orange
Pour over cubed ice into highball glass.
Garnish with orange twist and stem ginger
Coffee Negroni
30ml LAVA Coffee Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Rosso Vermouth
Pour over cubed ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with orange twist or Maraschino cherry
Espresso Martini
30ml LAVA Coffee Orange
100ml Cold Brew Espresso
20ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
Shake vigorously. Strain into coupe.
Garnish with coffee beans
Coffee Fiesta
30ml LAVA Coffee Gin
15ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Add to Mule Mug with mint. Lightly muddle to bruise the mint. Top with crushed ice.
Garnish with lime wheel and mint bouquet.
Lava Spritz
25ml Aperol
15ml Simple Syrup
25ml LAVA Coffee Orange
Build in glass with ice. Stir.
Garnish with orange twist.
Affogato LAVA Coffee
Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
30ml LAVA Coffee Gin
1 tsp honey
1 dash Cocoa Bitters
Build in glass. Garnish with chocolate thins, mint and sugar cone
Winter Coffee Orange Signature
50ml LAVA Coffee Orange Gin
Spoonful of Orange Marmalade
20ml Disaronno
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Add all to mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into tumbler over ice. Garnish with orange twist.
Winter Coffee Signature
30ml LAVA Coffee Gin
15ml Chocolate Liqueur
20ml Benedictine
15ml lime juice
5/6 raspberries muddled
Shake vigorously. Strain into tumbler over cubed ice. Garnish with raspberries and grated dark chocolate.
LAVA Love Tiramisu
35ml LAVA Coffee Gin
25ml Coffee Liqueur
15ml Amaretti Non Alcoholic Spirit
2 dashes cocoa bitters
barspoon of sour cream or Mascarpone
15ml Demerara sugar syrup (optional)
Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cream, cocoa and red candy
